Position Summary
We are hiring a Financial & Accounting Analyst to support our client’s growing finance and accounting operations. This hybrid role blends financial planning and analysis, day-to-day accounting responsibilities, payroll support, and contract oversight. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to provide financial insights, ensure operational accuracy, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including building templates and preparing reports for leadership review
• Assist with variance analysis, financial modeling, and business scenario planning
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and industry benchmarks
• Analyze data from ERP, CRM, and spreadsheets to identify trends and opportunities
Accounting Operations
• Assist with monthly close processes and general ledger reconciliations
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements
• Support billing, collections, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
Contract Management
• Support the sales team in preparing and customizing contracts to meet client-specific requirements
• Manage the day-to-day contract workflow, ensuring timely processing, approvals, and tracking
• Maintain records of vendor, customer, and service agreements
• Track contract terms, renewals, and compliance requirements
• Partner with internal teams to ensure contracts support financial and operational goals
