Job Title: Financial Analyst Reporting to: Group Treasury Manager Job Objective
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will support financial planning, treasury operations, M&A transactions, and financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights that support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Analysis
Develop and maintain financial models to track and assess business performance.
Conduct profitability analysis, revenue forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
Identify KPIs and create insightful dashboards and reports.
Perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of business changes.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Support M&A due diligence and financial assessments of potential acquisitions.
Assist in creating financial models for M&A transactions, including cash flow and pro forma statements.
Work with cross-functional teams for seamless post-acquisition integration.
Treasury & Reporting
Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
Monitor interest rates, forex, and market trends to reduce financial risk.
Prepare treasury reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support fundraising, debt structuring, and treasury process automation.
Help in scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, or related areas.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial tools, and reporting software.
CFA/CPA certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
