Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
• Help prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
• Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy in data entry.
• Help with inventory and asset tracking for financial reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0-6 months experience required in Tally & Accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of finance and accounting.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
