- Must have significant experience managing an ACCOUNTING team of at least 10+ people overseeing e2e accounting (from entry to finalization to audit to tax filing)
- Must have done this for a Medium to Large private company. (Only accountancy firm experience is not enough)
- Must be stable and seeking a long term and stable position.

Education & Certifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• MBA in Finance (preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage the Accounting Operations of our growing company. This is a core accounting leadership role — not finance or MIS — and requires extensive experience in managing large in-house accounting teams and owning end-to-end compliance and statutory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations & Control
• Manage end-to-end accounting functions: bookkeeping, ledger, bank reconciliations, TDS, GST, income tax, and more.
• Supervise and review the work of an accounting team of 10–20 people.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure and finalization of accounts.
• Handle complete audit processes, coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax returns.
• Monitor all statutory compliances and stay updated with changing regulations.
• Prepare financial statements as per applicable Indian GAAP / Ind AS norms.
Process and Team Management
• Improve and implement accounting processes and internal controls.
• Manage ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle) and optimize data integrity.
• Mentor and train team members to ensure quality and consistency.
