We are hiring for Senior Financial Analyst & Finance Manager
Skill: Financial Planning Analysis - Finance Controlling
JD Financial Controller- FP&A
• Plan forecast / budget cost recharges, external / internal revenue, cost base, margin and headcount.
• Ownership of financial processes, including reporting of actuals, forecasting, budgeting and management of P&L, balance sheet, headcount and other key KPIs.
• Provide active support, insight and direction to Operational Management in relation to financial matters, including accounting positions and treatment
• Input into strategy development and financial appraisal of investment (Capex and Opex)
• Delivery of monthly closure reports
• Standardizing and improving financial processes, and practices in line with business requirements, in order to improve performance.
• Provide active support and direction to Global Finance organization
• Good knowledge and understanding of key financial systems, data structures and financial definitions including Group Reporting Definition (GRD)
• Prepares financial and business-related analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
• Reviews complex data and analytics from various sources for accuracy and provides analyses to support decision-making process.
• Assists with special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in preparing analyses.
• Standardizing and improving financial processes, and practices in line with business requirement to improve performance.
• Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long-range plans.
• Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial review templates and meetings.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Should have strong experience in handling month close including posting of accruals, prepayments, re class and reallocations entries.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and build relationship.
• Support an end-to-end business unit including revenue, contract profitability and order entry as well as the delivery / cost base.
• Experience in preparing Financial & MIS reports, involved in Budgeting, Forecasting and doing a variance analysis.
• Dealing with audit queries (internal and external as required).
Years of Exp: 5+Years

Qualification: Any (Commerce Finance & Accounts) Graduates & Post Graduates, CA, CMA Qualified or Semi Qualified
