Financial Controller
Current experience in TPA/Insurance company for good tenure.
(4-6 yrs) at Finance Controller position.
Location : Ahmedabad
- Manage all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives, foster growth, and secure funding for future expansion.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure efficient financial resource management and implement financial controls.
- Harness technology to streamline and automate financial processes, including the successful implementation and management of an ERP system.
- Build, groom, and lead an in-house finance team to support the organization's growth and financial needs.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that enable to broaden its footprint across India and beyond.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with external partners, such as investors, auditors, financial institutions, and franchisees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- CA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Comprehensive understanding of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- Tech-savvy with experience in leveraging technology to optimize and automate financial processes, including ERP system implementation and management.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and drive organizational growth.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results
