This role involves overseeing various accounting functions, ensuring financial reports accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets & reconciliations.
• Monthly/annual financial statements preparation & timely closings.
• Statutory compliance: GST, TDS, ITR, ROC filings.
• Audits, tax matters & regulatory requirements management.
• Budgets monitoring, variances analysis & financial insights provision to management.
• Jr. staff mentoring & process automation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance).
• 3+ years of accounting & finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance & financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools.
