What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting models
Analyze trends, monitor financial performance, and create actionable recommendations
Partner with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and long-term planning
Present financial reports to leadership with clarity and insight
✔️ What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA required)
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit sectors
Strong Excel and data modeling skills; experience with ERP and financial software a plus
Clear communicator with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation: $64,979.20 to $79,601.60 USD
