We're looking for a dynamic FP&A Specialist to drive strategic financial planning, support SAP implementation, and play a key role in IPO readiness. This is your chance to be part of a high-impact team in a fast-evolving fintech ecosystem.
???? What You'll Do:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Drive and support SAP implementation from a finance perspective
• Contribute to IPO readiness, including due diligence and investor reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across finance, strategy, and tech teams
• Present insights and reports to senior leadership
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 4–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation in a finance environment
• Exposure to or involvement in IPO preparation/processes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• [Preferred: CA / CPA / MBA in Finance]
