Reed Finance are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our globally recognised client, to play a key part in their accounting function.
This will suit a fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) accountant with broad internal and external reporting experience, happy to get stuck in to various tasks within a challenging yet highly rewarding role.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Support the preparation of the half-year consolidated financial statements.
• Prepare reports on technical accounting matters, focusing on various IFRS topics.
• Administer the half-year reporting timetables, assisting with the coordination of inputs from internal business units.
• Support the finalisation of audits and preparation of statutory accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Qualified accountant.
• Technically minded with prior IFRS financial reporting experience.
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Ability to plan workload and deliver against agreed deadlines.
