Profile- Assistant Manager/ Manager -Financial Reporting & MIS
Qualification- CA Quallified
Experience - 1 to 5 Years of post qualification experience
Location - Mumbai
Job descriptions:
Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end close, and statutory compliance, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS / IFRS
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards
• Ensure accuracy of GL, reconciliations, and accounting entries
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as required
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
• Experience in month-end close and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP (SAP)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good stakeholder communication skills
