As a Financial Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and assisting with the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting Concepts and Processing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, process transactions, and reconcile accounts.
• Transaction Processing: Review and verify financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable: Manage the entire cycle of P2P (procure-to-pay) and O2C (order-to-cash), from purchase orders to invoices and payments.
• Excel Skills: Analyze and manipulate large datasets using Excel, creating charts and graphs to present findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong understanding of accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A degree in Accounting or a related field.
