Apart from consulting on entry strategies to implementing business set-up and Mergers & Acquisitions transactional support, the Nexdigm team also assists clients with, domestic and international tax, transfer pricing, corporate services, and finance & accounting outsourcing matters, all under one roof. Our team is dedicated to ensuring clients receive continuity of support, right across the business lifecycle.
We serve over 1,000 clients including multinationals, companies listed on exchanges, privately held and family-owned businesses from more than 45 countries. Our team of over 850 members is lead by 21 Partners/Directors.
The team includes Chartered Accountants (CA), Certified Internal Auditors (CIA), Information System Auditors (ISA), Cost Accountants (CWA), Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Company Secretaries (CS), Lawyers, Engineers and Information Technology (IT) Professionals.

Data analysis, reconciliation & massaging
Support on Liquidity , Exposure & other regulatory reporting
• The candidate should have preliminary knowledge about banking industry.
• The role would involve in monthly closing and preparation of reports (including daily) for an MNC bank which would encompass the below activities and shall have rich exposure in RBI and Bank’s senior management reporting :
• Data analysis, reconciliation & massaging
• Support on Liquidity , Exposure & other regulatory reporting
• Support in Automation of regulatory reports including daily reports
• Nostro balance updation
• Deposits/loans file
• Derivatives register
• Investment register
• Intra liquidity files
• Nostro balance (BLR6)
• QCCP finalisation
• Collateral pledge working
• The candidate should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able sound judgments based on this information.
• He / She should have good oral and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadership and people management skills.
• Business understanding, systems and computer skills are required.
• Accuracy and the ability to handle responsibility with limited supervision are important.
To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
• Vital - Experience in Bank & Financial Institutions, Financial statement preparation / auditing and reporting
• Essential - Experience Excel and Advance Excel, Process Skills, usage of Computer Assisted Auditing tools, Transaction processing, Book-keeping, Presentation Skills, Leadership, Research Ability, Analytical Ability.
