Full job description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, handle administrative tasks, and provide general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
