About the role

This is not a remote role and we are looking for someone who adds energetically to our morning workspace and presents well. Your time will be spent across Basic Bookkeeping, Reporting, Organising & Recruitment. Including, but not limited to, coordinating interviews with Sales Reps, organising meetings, bank reconciliation, travel and various other tasks required by the directors.

We are located in Gasworks at Newstead. We are looking for someone who has a smile on their face and is engaging. Must be able to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) in the mornings between 8:00am - 12:00pm, and be reliable. There is an opportunity for more hours moving forward.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Customer service
Data entry
Xero
Consignments
Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
Maintaining a tidy office
Sending mail to Post Office
Manage filing, scanning of documents and systems
Assisting team to provide efficient, timely and quality service
Organising Travel
Bookkeeping
Reporting
Ideal candidate

Good phone manner
Well organised with the ability to multi-task
Works well under pressure
Excellent data entry skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
Team player who can also work independently in a fast pasted, busy environment
Must be proficient in written and spoken English
Excellent customer service skills including a friendly professional phone manner
High attention to detail, be organised, efficient and reliable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
Dedicated and hard working with a strong work ethic
