Fund Accounting Associate

We are currently looking to hire an experienced and smart professional with experience and exposure in one or more of the following:Supporting finance/accounting/risk/compliance function of direct lending/private debt investors and/or CLO manager or fund administrator/securities services provider experienced in private debt/direct lendingExperience in fund accounting, NAV calculations in private debt preferably else private equityExperience of working on products such as wall street office and/or CDO suite for leveraged loans/private debt/direct lendingExperience in reviewing monthly NAV, calculation of management fees, debt compliance reporting, cash flow projections, capital calls, withdrawal calculations, etc.Securities services/Loan Administration/Private Markets Fund Accounting and Administration at third party service providers such as SSC Globeop/Viteos/BNY Mellon or other similar fund accountants/administrators experience is mandatory¡ RoleSupport one of our clients in fund accounting be an integral part of a prominent Direct Lending fund finance and fund accounting teamThe fund does not use the third party fund accountants hence we believe that role may provide better exposure than a third party fund accountant roleParticipate in launching fund accounting and loan administration services to a wider potential client baseLocation¡ Only Mumbai based candidatesPreferenceDo not apply if you donâ t have relevant experience for this rolePreference for candidates who are immediately available to join or have a notice period no more than a month
