Integral Ad Science is seeking to hire a General Accountant to join its EMEA Finance team based in Pune. The EMEA Finance team works within the growing International business, ensuring financial operations and financial reporting and controls run efficiently. This role would suit someone partly or recently qualified and who would like to develop a finance career as part of an established team in a fast growth and dynamic business.
What you will do
• Operate controls over legal entity statutory reporting and compliance for entities across EMEA
• Support the EMEA Finance Manager with the compliance calendar, ensuring clean audits and filing requirements are met
• Ongoing maintenance and control over statutory to GAAP differences at entity level
• Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Operate controls over Intercompany reporting within EMEA
• Controllership activities including preparation of journal entries and supporting documentation
• Preparation of trial balances for local reporting, month on month analytical review
• Build strong working relationships with EMEA and Group Finance, Pune Finance team and third party accountants and auditors
• Month end close activities
• Support Global Payroll with entries and analysis for EMEA where required
• Other related ad-hoc tasks
• Project support for EMEA Finance Manager
What you will need
• Working towards or completion of recognised accountancy qualification (with IFRS exposure)
• Audit experience desirable
• Willingness to learn and adaptable to fast changing environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build internal as well as external relationships
• A determined & driven self-starter able to meet deadlines
• Able to take initiative and see tasks through to completion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent work ethics & integrity
• Strong Excel skills
