Job description
Responsibilities, but not limited to :
Review of the following :
• Cash basis monthly client financial reports
• Processing of medical claims and necessary follow up
• Tour accountings and central withholding agreements
• While providing excellent client service, manage multiple client engagements
• Planning staff's work and supervising staff’s work
• Sustaining client relationships as a close associate to the partner(s)
• Be responsible for understanding the Client’s organization and structure, knowing the product / services and keeping abreast of Client news and changes
• Supervises the maintenance of the client's accounting records, general ledger ( tax return ready books) including proper entries of investment activity
• Develop system tailored to each client to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining financial reporting policies and procedures
• Provides daily service to clients, their assistants / family / attorneys / agents
• Point person on asset acquisitions and dispositions, client loans, cooperative applications, etc.
• Tracks residual, profit participant and fee income payments
• Advise on the client’s insurance plan (includes homeowners, personal liability, auto, etc.; business, if applicable, lifelong term care, disability)
• Prepare bonus payrolls to officers from loan out entities
• Preparation of more complex investment analysis reports and understand the underlying asset classes
• Develop working knowledge of retirement plans, gift and estate planning concepts
• Supervise the overall effectiveness of the medical and retirement plan(s) for clients
• Be involved in practice development, networking, etc.
• Act as a mentor to the staff
• Begin to get involved with client billing, collections, profitability (realization)

• Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and shift focus as needed
• Expert knowledge of Data Faction, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Word

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support general accounting activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing record to report data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.
The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Performing general accounting activities, applying techniques and standards to the classification and recoding of financial transactions.
• Executing quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
• Complying with and helping achieve Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in General Accounting team for applicable templates and participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
• Assisting with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements.
Qualifications for the role
• You are immersed engaged in highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with R2R,General Accounting, General Ledger, SAP the shared services/manufacturing market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 1-3 years of experience in R2R,General Accounting, General Ledger,SAP
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP
• Flexible working in shifts.
• You are passionate about ,you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office
• Proven experience of Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• You are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
