General Labourer (Part-time) - Casual

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the construction and installation of outdoor projects, including retaining walls, decks, and fences. Along with some interior renovation projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of hardscaping and carpentry, working under the guidance of an experienced Hardscaping Foreman.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the preparation and construction of projects such as retaining walls, decks and fences.

- Support the building of decks and fences by performing tasks such as digging post holes, mixing concrete, and assembling materials.

- Carry, load, and unload materials and tools necessary for project completion.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for various tasks.

- Follow instructions from other team members to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

- Perform general labor duties as needed to support the team and project needs.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and team members.

- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is neccesary.

Please note that this is an entry-level position. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field. Training will be provided on the job if needed.
