Job Responsibilities:
â— Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret relevant financial
information
â— Entering financial data such as bank charges, accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and
interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports
â— Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and general ledger balances are
correct
â— Completing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis and monthly basis
â— Intercompany Accounting
â— Balance sheet reconciliation (only low risk accounts)
â— Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping
â— Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards
â— Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting
Technical and Behavioral Competencies:
â— Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, or in a related specialization
â— In-depth knowledge of accounting concepts, accounting standards and regulations
â— Exceptional attention to detail
â— Efficient time-management
â— Excellent collaboration and communication skills
â— Willingness to work in UK shifts
â— Ability to work under pressure
