Job Summary:

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of hotel management experience, ideally in upscale or branded properties.
• Proven expertise in catering, restaurant, and fine dining management.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and retaining top talent.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including supervising and managing assistant roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, staff, and partners.
• A degree in Hospitality Management (or related field) is a plus, but we value experience above all.
