Job Description
Our client is looking for a General Manager - Finance & Accounts (F&A) to be based at Malleswaram, Bengaluru, responsible to manage the overall Finance Operations of the business. Our client is a 100% export oriented packaging company and has factory in Tumkur and office at Bengaluru. The GM - F&A is responsible for Treasury, Taxation, Costing, Purchase & Sales Accounting, MIS, Auditing etc. The company clocks a turnover of 350Cr and has plans to triple its turnover in 5 years.
Role & Responsibility:
a) Lead and inspire a team of Finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
b) Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance department.
c) Ensure the organization adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
d) Manage the consolidation of financial records and oversee auditing processes.
e) Generate management reports and actively participate in strategic meetings.
f) Foster and maintain strong relationships with bankers and key external vendors.
g) Assess business efficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance profitability.

Qualification:
• CA with 15+ years of experience
• Leader & Excellent people manager
• Business Enabler
• Result & Process Oriented
• Possess an eye for detail & Quality Data management
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Must have worked in an export-oriented industry.
• Candidate should be able to join within 30 days.
