Responsibilities

Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, staff development, and brand compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive experience with IHG brand standards, and a proven track record managing downtown properties.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient workflow.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and effective team.
• Ensure full compliance with IHG brand standards and local regulations.
