Designation: General Manager or Sr. General Manager - Finance & Accounts Qualification: CA, CS Experience: 10 + years Location: Mumbai Job Description: Accounts and Finance: Responsible for Preparation and Manage of books of accounts in tally by complying various statutory compliances. Preparing & Presenting Various MIS and Monthly financials for Management. Managing day to day accounting and leading the team to manage day to day accounting work. Manage the team and provide guidance and motivation to them. Responsible for Statutory compliance related to Direct and Indirect Tax, Company Secretarial compliance, Payroll related compliance. Responsible for Timely compilation of various Audits applicable to company like Statutory, Tax audit Etc. Preparation of Budget, Forecasting and Various analytical data for management. Liaising with bankers, auditors, customers, and various consultants. Setting up the process and SOP in various area of accounts and finance. Proper control over accounts payable and receivable via tracker and scrutiny of ledgers. Authorised each petty cash voucher after verifying its supporting. Control over bank payment via proper verification of invoice, bank details and booking in tally. Warehouse and Operation: Manage the Warehouse team and guide them in day to day operations. Set process for setting up and manage warehouse. Establish proper internal control in physical verification of Oil and packing material stocks. Ensure proper usage of oil pick up vehicle and guide the team to ensure timely pick up. Control for proper documentation and timely dispatch of oil
