Position / Role: General Manager-Accounts & Finance (Chartered Accountant) in Automobile Company in Kolkata
Job Location: Kolkata
CTC: up to INR 15-20 LPA (Negotiable)
Qualification: CA Final
Experience: Min 10-15 years of experience in Accounts, Finances & Taxation
Age: 40 years (Max)
Position: General Manager
Report to CFO & Director
COMPANY DETAILS:
The company is working out of 08 locations presently (all in Kolkata). The company is the largest distributor of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd in Eastern India, with 04 showrooms and 02 large service centres (one of them is the largest workshop in Eastern India), all in Kolkata. There are more than 500 employees working under the direct payroll of the company & 30 -35 people working in the accounts department.
The company’s current year turnover is over Rs 250 Cr and hopes to achieve a turnover of Rs 400 Cr in the next financial year.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good communication skills & Presentable
Strong exposure to complex monetary management
Maintaining accuracy while dealing with multiple issues
Multi-tasking and go-getter approach
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum experience of 10-12 years in the relevant profile
Preferred working experience with a listed company
Good knowledge of Advance Excel
Preferred working experience under tally ERP
Knowledge of Indian accounts systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS (profit and loss account and balance sheet of company as a whole)
Preparation of financial statements for audit as per Indian accounts systems
Handling limited review and annual audit
Handling tax audits, cost audits and other audits
Preparation of annual budget
