Job Title: Accounts Payable Professional
Location: Pune, India
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Professional to join our team at our Pune office. The ideal candidate should have a B2 level certification in German and possess strong knowledge and understanding of accounts payable processes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide support in various accounts payable-related tasks as required
Requirements:
• B2 level certification in German (essential)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience working in a multinational organization would be a plus
