Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate payroll files and reports generated internally or by third-party payroll vendors prior to processing
• Support pre- and post-payroll activities including data validation, reconciliation, and audit readiness
• Analyze payroll data, generate reports, and identify discrepancies or areas requiring correction
• Navigate payroll systems to extract and interpret data for reporting and compliance purposes
• Assist in resolving payroll errors through root cause analysis in coordination with internal teams and vendors
• Support year-end payroll processes including reporting, tax documentation, and payroll calendar management
• Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to payroll data and transactions
• Maintain accurate audit trails and organized payroll documentation for compliance purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, tax, and human resources to ensure payroll accuracy
• Support overpayment and severance processing activities
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in payroll operations and processing payroll with third-party vendors
• Working knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP, SuccessFactors, Ceridian, and Workday Payroll
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll operations
• Familiarity with payroll audits and compliance requirements
• Experience integrating payroll systems with third-party applications

Pay Range: $40/hr to $45/hr
