POSITION TITLE: Graphic DesignerLocation: HyderabadReports to: Creative LeadOVERVIEWThe Graphic Designer will utilize good design acumen and branding practices to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and internal documents. They should be able to work well individually and as part of a team, and must be incredibly open to feedback. The ideal candidate will have B2B or professional services experience. They will be creative, self-motivated, detail-obsessed, and understand the role well-thought-out creative plays in supporting marketing objectives. They will have experience creating visuals in all formats, preferably in a corporate marketing team setting.RESPONSIBILITIESCreate projects such as website and social images, homepage banners, carousel posts, email campaigns, digital ads, infographics, and presentations (e.g., pitch decks, quarterly business reviews, brand guideline decks).Create visual elements such as illustrations, infographics, and icons to support the overall designPresent designs and concepts to business stakeholders for feedback and revisionsManage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure that final designs meet the strategicobjectivesPrepare final design files for development and productionDemonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectationsEnsure all work meets brand standards, including voice, and quality control guidelinesContribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design teamManage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budgetCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative visionCollaborate with colleagues within the marketing services hub, including other designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectivesEngage in professional development to continuously grow in your profession and remain competitive within the industrySKILLSExpertise with Adobe InDesign, Firefly, Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe ExpressStrong knowledge of Google Docs and Google SlidesAccuracy and attention to detailKeen eye for design and aestheticsOrganized and can prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideasStrong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholdersEXPERIENCE REQUIREDA degree/diploma in Design, Marketing or a related field or relevant experience3+ years prior experience as a Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projectsPortfolio of work showcasing a diverse range of samples in a variety of formats requiredExternal agency experience desired.In-house agency / corporate experience preferred
