We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer cum Video Creator to help elevate our brand across digital platforms.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Creator who will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various digital platforms. This role combines creative graphic design with dynamic video production to support our marketing, branding, and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :
• Design static and animated graphics for social media posts, ads, infographics, banners, email campaigns, and website content.
• Create short-form and long-form video content including promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, tutorials, and testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and deliver high-quality visual content.
• Edit and optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
• Maintain visual consistency of the brand across all channels and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Stay updated with design and video trends, social media formats, and platform-specific requirements.
• Manage and organize design and video assets for easy access and reuse.
• Aware and well versed with the use of latest Technologies, AI Tools (Chat GPT, GPT4o, Synthesia, Midjourney, IdeoGram, Gemini, Runway, and Filmora).

Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor/Creator, preferably in the EdTech or digital content space.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and design best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with website design tools (like Figma, Webflow, or WordPress) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in the edtech or e-learning industry.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles or web layout creation.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web-based designs.
• Photography or illustration skills
