Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative assets that drive brand messaging, product awareness, and customer engagement. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to produce compelling banners, reels, ad creatives, emailers, and social media content that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality banners, website creatives, social media posts, reels, and ad creatives tailored for e-commerce campaigns.
• Create emailers and newsletters that align with marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
• Work on B2B and B2C marketing projects , ensuring creative output speaks to both audiences.
• Develop storyboards and short-form videos/reels for digital campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and emerging creative tools to keep the brand’s design language fresh and innovative.
• Support performance marketing efforts with conversion-focused ad creatives (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital channels (web, mobile, social, email).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in e-commerce or IT products.
• Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing creatives .
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, ad banners, emailers, and reels .
• Understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling .
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles for e-commerce design is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with high-quality output.
