We're looking for a highly creative Graphic & Motion Designer who can push boundaries, think beyond templates, and deliver top-notch design and video content across digital and print platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Design
• Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts (not just template-driven).
• Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.
Brand & Web Design
• Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.
• Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.
• Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.
Motion Graphics & Video Creation
• Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.
• Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.
• Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
• Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
• Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.
AI & Creative Innovation
• Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.
• Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.
• Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.
Adaptability & Collaboration
• Respond quickly to urgent client changes (especially during campaign days/festivals).
• Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
