Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating mockups, visual designs, and prototypes, ensuring an effective and engaging user experience. The designer will work closely with development teams to implement front-end designs and improve overall user interaction with the platform.

Qualifications
• Expertise in creating Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping
• Proficient in User Experience Design (UED)
• Experience in Front-End Development
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and financial ecosystems is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities:
• Design trading dashboards, wallet interfaces, landing pages, and mobile flows
• Collaborate with dev and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Conduct UX research and improve usability across the exchange
• Prepare design systems and reusable components

Requirements:
• Portfolio demonstrating fintech or Web3 designs
• Deep understanding of user behavior in crypto/trading
• Experience with responsive web and mobile UI design
• Bonus: Worked on any exchange or crypto wallet
