Creative Designer and Delivery Lead

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As Creative Designer and Delivery Lead, you’ll bring design vision and production mastery together, shaping pre-sale creative that wins hearts (and business) and managing the delivery of campaigns that wow our clients and audiences.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the entire creative lifecycle, collaborating with senior stakeholders, owning process excellence, and making a visible impact across high-profile campaigns. HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

Design to win – Lead the creation of compelling pitch decks, mock-ups and presentation assets that bring commercial ideas to life across NZME’s multi-platform ecosystem.
Own end-to-end delivery – Take charge of the full campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale concept through to post-sale execution across audio, video, digital and print.
Streamline creative operations – Build, refine and implement workflows that support rapid turnaround, high-quality output and smooth stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate across the business – Partner with internal teams including Sales, Content, Creative, Sound & Vision and Promotions to align on expectations and execution.
Improve and innovate – Identify system gaps, share insights, and contribute to the evolution of creative processes and delivery standards.
Stay creatively sharp – Bring fresh ideas, trends and inspiration into the mix to keep our design thinking future-focused.
Deliver a premium client experience – Ensure every campaign runs smoothly, looks exceptional, and leaves clients impressed from start to finish.
ABOUT YOU:

2+ years’ experience in a creative studio, media, agency or similar environment.
Proven ability to lead creative projects and manage multi-disciplinary campaign delivery
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Microsoft products and experience with project management and workflow tools.
Proficient in HTML5; experience with GDN and jQuery.
Comfortable balancing creativity with structure, deadlines, and commercial goals
Strong communicator and stakeholder manager with a calm, proactive approach
Curious, solutions-focused, and highly organised, with the confidence to make decisions and the humility to collaborate.
