Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Pune at GRD Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd.
• Candidates myst have Relevant Experience in Real Estate Industry of minimum 4 yrs.
• The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations,preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Relevant Experience in Real Estate Industry of minimum 4 yrs.
• Financial Reporting, Auditing, and Taxation skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. Experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
