About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Group Life Claims Leader to join our Brisbane based Claims Delivery team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll guide an end-to-end claims team that’s all about supporting our members on their journey back to work and health. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative claims management practices, ensuring alignment with ART Life’s policies, procedures, and reinsurance guidelines. If you thrive on technical decision-making, mentoring others, and driving continuous improvement, this could be your next big move.

We’re proud of our holistic approach to claims management, where empathy, courage and excellence are more than just words—they’re how we work every day. You’ll lead a team that’s focused on understanding each member’s unique needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and empowering our people to adapt and innovate. From strategic projects to coaching and capability uplift, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of claims at ART. If you’re ready to bring your leadership skills to a place that values people and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
