• Knowledge of payables process.
• Experience in MDM, S4Hana, will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Supplier Codes Created in MDM
• Handle Hold & Release on all iEPR run days.
• Knowledge of Power Apps & Power Automate will be an advantage.
• Good Oral & Written communication
• Able to contact suppliers in various locations and able to resolve queries and inconsistent data
• Preparation of daily metrics / monthly metrics.
• To prepare daily signoff for supervisory approval
• Ensure proper RCA is prepared, Corrective Actions taken, and close TGW’s within internal timelines as and when required.
• To handle multiple email boxes on query emails for AP, EU & NA region.
• As a secondary activity, to handle NA code creation process and should be flexible for occasional night shifts.
• Should be handle Internal & External Audit queries.
• Follow the procedures & rules of the roads.
Educational Qualification - B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA/CWA Inter
Experience - 1 – 3 years
Skills - Good knowledge in MDM, S4Hana
Good Payables Knowledge
Good knowledge in MS office tools
Good Written & Oral Communication
