What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for new system functionality and enhancements
Test system changes to ensure they meet business requirements without negatively impacting other areas of the Epic system
Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the application
Identify and resolve issues that arise within the application areas and those impacting other application teams
Collaborate with Epic representatives and end-users to ensure system alignment with organizational business needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in a directly related field
Must possess Epic certifications: Resolute Hospital Billing Administration and Resolute Hospital Billing Charging
Minimum of five years' progressive revenue cycle/healthcare experience with demonstrated experience in Epic build
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders
Experience working with third-party vendors such as Experian and Relay Health

Long Term Care Billing Certification
Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certification
Strong ability to work in small groups under tight project deadlines
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
