Job Description
As the Head Accountant in Rajesh Digital and Datacom Pvt. Ltd. , your job responsibilities may include the following:
Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the company's financial resources, including funds, investments, and cash flow. This involves monitoring income and expenses, budgeting, and ensuring effective financial planning.
Taxation: You will oversee all aspects of taxation within the organization. This includes preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and identifying opportunities for tax optimization or reduction. Expertise in waiving taxes involves understanding tax incentives, exemptions, and deductions to legally minimize the company's tax liability.
Financial Reporting: You will coordinate with the company accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and presenting reports to management and stakeholders.
Invoicing and Billing: You will be responsible for creating invoices, managing billing processes, and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. This involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to accurately reflect services provided and ensuring adherence to billing policies and procedures.
Record-Keeping and Compliance: You will maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. This includes overseeing internal controls, conducting periodic audits, and implementing systems to safeguard company assets.
Financial Analysis: You will analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. This may involve evaluating profitability, cost analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improving financial performance.
Team Management: As the Head Accountant, you may also be responsible for managing a team of accountants or finance professionals. This includes providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
Coordination and Communication: You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, tax authorities, and external consultants. Effective communication skills are essential for providing financial information, addressing inquiries, and maintaining relationships with relevant parties.
