We are seeking for account manager to oversee client billing and payment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while effectively communicating with clients to ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities:
Manage client billing processes, including generating invoices and sending them to clients.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
Communicate regularly with clients to discuss any balance payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records of all billing activities, including due billings and payment clearances.
Collaborate with internal teams to address any client billing concerns or issues.
Provide periodic reports on billing and payment statuses to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Experience in client interaction and negotiation is a plus.
