Roles and Responsibilities
Function Financial Operations
Role/ Designation Head Finance Operations & Taxation
Reporting to Dy CFO
Location Mumbai
Qualification CA
Experience/ Industry 6 to 10 years of post-qualification experience/Knowledge of Ind AS/ IFRS: Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Ensure robust control over all Financial Operations related areas viz. Bank Reconciliation, Loan Reconciliation, Vendor & Employee payments. Complete control of the processes with no major deviations/ exceptions
Active involvement in closure of Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits as per the timelines given by the management. Timely closure with no major observations
To monitor expenses monthly and develop measures to control costs. Ensure proper and efficient tracking of the operating expenses including variance analysis on a quarterly basis
To drive the automation initiatives of the Company. Also, to implement a Delegation of Authority matrix for Expenses. As per the timelines given by the management
To ensure full adherence to the Statutory requirements and timelines including Direct and Indirect Tax compliances. No non-compliance
Clearance from F&A perspective to new products introduced
Device a standard product approval notes document. Ensure timely clearance from F&A side
Become effective and demonstrable backup with respect to the critical areas of Financial Reporting by Sep Quarter end. Become effective and demonstrable backup
