Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams across 2 key business verticals
Drive talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design aligned with business growth
Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives Enable a high-performance culture through data-backed HR interventions
Leverage HR analytics and data insights to influence decision-making
Partner with stakeholders on employee engagement, retention, and capability building
Ensure effective execution of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Act as a change agent during transformation and growth phases
Candidate Profile
15–16 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP
Proven experience partnering with high-growth, high-performance teams
Background in services-oriented industries such as Real Estate, Co-working, Hospitality, or related sectors
Strong capability in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
