Job Description:
- Manage End to End HR activities of Recruitment, Operations and L&D
- Leadership - Lead the HR Team, developing HR capability with a strong focus on results.
- Stakeholder management - Consult, advise and influence senior managers on performance and reward strategies and solutions that improve and sustain business success and retention of key talent.
- Deliver HR projects and functional outcomes.
- Experience of over 15+ years in HR operations & Recruitment, including handling payroll, policy, performance appraisals, employee engagement & retention, employee relations, Performance Management Competency Mapping, Compensation Benchmarking, and Developing Policies and Procedures.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR team including supporting on-boarding, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance and rewards in partnership with the global corporate services HR team, diversity & inclusion, facilitating the annual talent management processes, organizational design and development.
- Identify opportunities to drive HR initiatives, solutions and programs in alignment with HR and business priorities.
- Guide the design and implementation of HR projects in partnership with the global corporate services HR team, oversee processes and communications.
- In collaboration with the global corporate services HR team, maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure implementation of global corporate services HR created policies.
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced degree or MBA preferred. Certifications in HR helpful.
- Relevant business experience ideal with 2-3 year leading an HR function.
- Excellent communication and team working skills with a widely diverse set of individuals.
- Ability to work constructively with employees, stakeholders, and management towards a common goal, manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and stay positive under pressure.
- Efficient organizer, motivator, team player, and decisive leader with the ability to motivate teams to excel and win.
- Proficiency with MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monitor adherence and adoption of internal policies and HR systems by larger organizations.
- Ensuring compliance on regulations and liaise with legal counsel on complex matters
- Managing and mentoring soft skill training for all cadres and leadership development programs for grooming breed of potential leaders.
- Ensure a succession plan for critical roles across the organization and identify potential leaders.
- Effective communication network across organization and employee grievance redressal mechanism.
What we offer :
Salary Range 15 Lakhs- 22Lakhs per annum (for deserving candidates)
Work Location Jaipur (Work from Office)
Shift Timings- Day Shift
5 days working (2nd and 4th Sat off)
