Should be familiar and have relevant industry experience (FMCG – Rice industry) of all aspects of F&A including Banking / Treasury / Accounting / Audits / Taxation/GST
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for entire gamut of Finance and Accounts of the Company
• Drive the company's financial planning / Cash Flow Management (Expertise in Foreign Exchange)
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
• Manage payroll and system administration
• Lead the consolidation of financial and operational systems
• Provide organizational cash flow oversight as well as, update and implement inter-departmental policies.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of experience
Key Skills:
• Excellent understanding of financial accounting and financial management requirements
• Experience setting-up and managing internal workflows and processes towards optimization with the goal to maximize customer satisfaction
• The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing process optimization at organizational level
• Experience managing a remote and culturally diverse team
• A successful track record in setting priorities; sharp analytic, organization and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to combatting climate change
