Role Description

The Head of Accounts will be responsible for overseeing accounting functions for the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. The Head of Accounts will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or CA Inter or equivalent
10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including managing a team
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the retail industry is a plus
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus
