Job Title:Head of Finance

Summary:
The Head of Finance is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, managing the accounting and treasury functions, and providing financial analysis and reporting to senior management. The Head of Finance must have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as the ability to manage a team and work cross-functionally.
· Prepare profit and loss statements for company.
· Set up accounting practices and procedures for new companies and advise on how to manage these.
· Analyse budgets and other financial information and advise where savings could be made.
· Help to produce budgets for businesses and implement strategies for cost savings.
· Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly and on time.
· Having knowledge of GST filing, ITR and Income tax filings, ESI, PF.
· Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
· Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
· Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
· Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
· Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
· Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
· Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
· Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
· Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
· Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
· Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall business goals
· Manage the accounting and treasury functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
· Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
· Oversee the preparation of financial statements and disclosures
· Manage risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations
· Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors
· Recruit, train, and develop the finance team
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Total work (Required): 5 to 6 years of experience in a financial management role
License/Certification:
SAP EXPERIENCE, FOCUS AND TALLY (Preferred
