Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, accountable, and experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to independently manage the complete finance and accounting functions of both EUME and Avon Lifestyle. The ideal candidate should have experience handling manufacturing, e-commerce, sales, and production-linked accounting, and must be capable of managing a finance team, driving compliance, and delivering accurate reporting with zero follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Full Ownership of Accounting Operations
• Oversee daily accounting across two companies, ensuring accurate books of accounts.
• Manage and lead the accounts team independently—no micromanagement required.
• Responsible for cash flow management, banking, vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
Manufacturing & Production Finance
• Handle factory costing, raw material tracking, WIP (Work-in-progress) accounting.
• Maintain BOM (Bill of Material) linked cost reports and compare with actuals.
E-Commerce & Sales Accounting
• Ensure clear reconciliation between D2C platforms (Shopify), Marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) and payment gateways.
• Prepare gross-to-net revenue tracking including returns, discounts, commissions, etc.
Monthly Financial Reporting
• Prepare and deliver: Monthly Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, MIS Reports with key insights for management, Cash flow statements, Stock Tally and Movement Reports (factory + warehouse).
• Reconcile all ledgers, stocks, and accounts by the 7th of each month.
Compliance & Taxation
• Responsible for timely and accurate GST Filing & Payments, TDS Payments & Return Filing, Income Tax Returns, PF, ESIC, PT payments, ROC filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.).
• Ensure full statutory compliance without delays.
Audit & Controls
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for annual, statutory, and tax audits.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and approval systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• CA with minimum 6–10 years of experience across manufacturing, sales, and e-commerce finance.
• Strong grip on Indian accounting standards, compliance requirements, and company law filings.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle chaos, and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be tech-savvy (Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, GSTN, banking platforms).
• A team leader who takes full ownership without excuses.
