We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant with a strong background in law and finance to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Governance & Legal Affairs
• Act as a liaison with company lawyers and legal advisors.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, procurement agreements, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, company policies, and governance frameworks.
• Advise management on legal implications of business decisions.
• Secretarial & Administrative Functions
• Manage board meetings, shareholder communication, and statutory registers.
• Ensure adherence to company secretarial practices and applicable laws.
• Oversee company shareholding structure, dividend distribution, and capital-related matters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with management, finance, legal, and procurement teams.
• Provide inputs on risk management, financial planning, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external consultants/lawyers.
