We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to take on the role of Head - Finance & Business Unit Controller. In this position, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and overseeing the financial operations of our business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• To prepare accurate and timely financial reports and budgets
• To analyze actual data versus budget and identify areas for improvement
• To develop and implement effective financial controls and processes
Budgeting:
• To prepare and manage the annual operating plan
• To monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• To make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements
Strengthening of Budgetary and Internal Control:
• To review and analyze financial statements and reports
• To identify and mitigate financial risks
• To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Business Plan Cum Valuation as BU controller:
• To prepare and present business cases for investment decisions
• To conduct financial analysis and modeling
• To provide strategic financial guidance to the business
Audit:
• To coordinate with auditors and external agencies
• To respond to audit findings and recommendations
• To implement corrective actions
Maintaining Working Capital and Fund Management:
• To manage cash flow and working capital
• To optimize investments and minimize costs
• To ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Certified Accountant (CA) with 15 years of experience
• 12-15 Years of experience in Finance & Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing company
• Experience in SAP and SCM knowledge
