Designation – Head of Legal
Location: Miraroad, Mumbai
Shift: Day 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Work Days: 6 days working (Sunday's fixed Weekoff)
CTC : Upto 45 LPA (Basis last drawn)

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Head with 10–12 years of experience, primarily in Real Estate legal documentation and litigation, with specific expertise in SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) and RERA compliances. The ideal candidate must possess deep understanding of civil and revenue laws, excellent communication skills in English and Marathi, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Documentation:*
• Draft, review, and finalize legal agreements with flat owners, land purchases, vendors, and service providers
• Scrutinize civil and revenue papers related to land and property
• Handle all legal documentation related to SRA projects and RERA compliances
• Liaise with external legal consultants and statutory authorities
• Coordinate with government departments like TMC, Revenue, Collector, and Tahsildar offices for title clearance and document verification
• Monitor legal compliance for all ongoing and upcoming projects
• Prepare and manage legal documentation for trust matters in educational/school projects
• Ensure proper legal documentation for project financing in coordination with CRM and banks (APF-related documents)
Litigation:
• Coordinate and manage all legal disputes and litigation related to property and company affairs
• Interact and brief external advocates for court matters
• Participate in major legal proceedings and assist in case preparations
• Exposure to civil and revenue litigation is essential (without needing to submit sanath)
• Key Responsibilities:*
• End-to-end scrutiny and clearance of title papers for land acquisitions
• Completion of registration process for property transactions
• Maintain legal documentation required for RERA submissions and ongoing compliance
• Effective support to CRM team for all bank-related documentation and APF
• Productive handling of statutory coordination and correspondence for project approvals
• Qualifications & Skills:*
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory
• Master's Degree in Law (LLM) preferred
• Additional certification in Real Estate Laws / Corporate Law / Civil Procedure will be an advantage
• Preferred Skills:*
• In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, SRA regulations, and litigation handling
• Proven experience in independent legal decision-making and advisory
•Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Marathi
• Strong coordination abilities with legal authorities and internal departments
• Attention to detail and high integrity in managing sensitive legal matters
