We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to join our leadership team. We offer you an opportunity to:
Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and lead generation—tailored specifically to consulting and professional services audiences.
Own the full marketing funnel—from strategy through execution, including demand generation, content, product marketing, events, partnerships, and digital.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals, account-based marketing efforts, and target segmentation strategies.
Report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering and Business Development
Be the primary marketing leader, directly executing campaigns, managing agency partners as needed, and gradually hiring future team members
Drive thought leadership and content strategy, positioning the company as a go-to expert in the consulting and professional services space.
Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media, to increase visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor performance metrics to analyze effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, media outlets, and event organizers.
Act as a voice of the customer, gathering market and competitive insights to inform product positioning and company direction.
As an ideal team member you have/are:
Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly within or selling to consulting, advisory, or professional services firms.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to both architect and implement a successful marketing roadmap.
Strong understanding of the sales-marketing dynamic, especially within long sales cycles and relationship-driven environments.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller, with an ability to distill complex offerings into compelling narratives.
Deep understanding of content marketing, thought leadership development, and campaign management for a professional audience.
Data-driven decision maker, comfortable with marketing analytics, KPIs, and marketing automation tools
Collaborative leadership style, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Growth mindset and adaptability, ready to evolve with the organization’s needs and market changes.
Strong project management skills, able to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Executive presence and influence, able to operate at a senior level, present to leadership, and contribute to company-wide strategy
